Luis Manzano Becomes a Fundraiser
March 2017
Last 15 March 2017, WWF-Philippines Marine Conservation Steward Luis Manzano was the latest WWF Ambassador who became a fundraiser for an hour. Held in Glorietta 3 Makati, this campaign is aimed at spreading awareness on pressing environmental issues and to put the Individual Donor Program (IDP) in the spotlight.
Everyone can directly contribute in the environmental and livelihood projects of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Philippines through the Individual Donor Program. Simply approach WWF booths in selected malls, or, by simply visiting the WWF-Philippines website. With one-time and recurring donations, everyone is able to do their part in building a world where humans and nature thrive.
Any amount is welcome to support WWF-Philippines’ programs involving food and water security, species conservation, and climate and energy. These donations are directed to conservation projects in key sites across the Philippines; promoting clean sources of renewable energy, preparing communities in facing worsening climate change impacts, and educating the youth through environmental education drives.
A long-time diver and certified lover of the seas, Luis Manzano amplifies the organization's projects, campaigns, and advocacies through his wide network and social media reach.
